Our Scheme is a trust-based arrangement, with a single Trustee, QinetiQ Pension Scheme Trustee Limited. The Director of this Trustee body is a professional pension trustee, Dalriada Trustees Limited.
The Trustee is made up of an experienced group pensions professionals:
Vassos Vassou – Lead Trustee and Chair
Vassos is a highly experienced Accredited Professional Trustee and a qualified actuary, with broad pensions knowledge and a strong understanding of investment solutions. Vassos is the lead Trustee of the Scheme and acts as Chair for Board meetings.
Judith Fish – Trustee and Vice-Chair
Judith acts as the Vice-Chair and provides support to Vassos in the decision-making process. Judith is also an Accredited Professional Trustee and a qualified actuary with over 30 years’ experience in UK pensions with a broad knowledge of pension issues.
David Fogarty — Trustee
David is a highly experienced Accredited Professional Trustee and a qualified actuary, with a particular focus on investments and risk management. He chairs the Scheme’s investment sub-committee.
Leanne Coomber — Scheme Secretary
Leanne is Head of Dalriada’s Pensions Management and Secretarial Team and is also an Accredited Professional Trustee with more than 20 years’ experience in the pensions industry.
Vassos, Judith, David and Leanne are the lead team members and are supported by various other dedicated team members on a daily basis, together drawing on additional support from colleagues within the wider Dalriada firm as and when needed.
We have also established a Member Representative Group (MRG) which meets to review and discuss aspects of the Scheme's activity from a member’s perspective. This includes reviewing the communications you receive as members, including this newsletter.
