Changes to the Scheme Administrator
You may have seen that Buck, the Scheme Administrator, was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co (“Gallagher”) in April 2023. As of Monday 1 July 2024, the Buck name is no longer in use and your pension is formally being administered by Gallagher.

What does this mean for you?
There will be no change to your benefits, or the Scheme’s structure and finances as a result of the change. If you’re in receipt of your pension, it will continue to be paid on the same day and the core support team will remain the same. Your pension records and all information regarding your pension benefits and retirement options will continue to be provided as before.
The Member Portal and Scheme email address details will change at some point in the future and we will notify you with full details at that time. For the time being please continue to use the existing details as normal.

To access the Member Portal and view your specific information go to our website and select “Member Portal”.
And don’t forget the new pensions app, which you can also use to view your personal details. Go to your app store and search for “Orion+ Buck” to get started. Your registration details will be the same as for the Portal, so you’ll need to make sure you’ve registered there first.
